We offer a pre-order option for items that are highly anticipated or temporarily out of stock. By placing a pre-order on BeautyMart.lk, you agree to the following payment and fulfillment conditions:

• Deposit Payment: Pre-ordering requires a 25% non-refundable deposit of the total purchase price paid upfront during checkout.
• Remaining Balance: The remaining 75% of the purchase price, plus shipping fees (if applicable), must be paid before the item is shipped. An invoice and a secure payment link will be sent to your registered email when the product is ready to be dispatched.
• Estimated Arrival Dates: Estimated arrival dates displayed on the product page are approximate. While we strive to fulfill all pre-orders on time, delays can occur due to customs clearance, international shipping, or supplier disruptions.
• Cancellation and Refunds: If you cancel a pre-order prior to arrival, the 25% deposit is forfeited. If we are unable to fulfill your pre-order (e.g., due to stock limitations or supplier cancellation), a full refund of your 25% deposit will be issued.

• We will make reasonable efforts to ensure timely shipping and delivery of your orders.
• Shipping and delivery times provided are estimates and may vary based on your location and other factors.

• Validity & Abuse: Won coupons are valid for a limited promotional window. We reserve the right to expire, cancel, or suspend any coupons or accounts suspected of duplicate registrations, scripting, or terms violations.

BeautyMart provides an optional AI-powered skin analysis feature ("Skin Scan") that allows you to receive an assessment of your skin type and personalised skincare recommendations based on a photo or live camera capture that you provide. By using this feature, you agree to the following terms in addition to the general Terms of Use.

• 1. Voluntary Use and Consent: Use of the Skin Scan feature is entirely optional. Before your first use, you will be required to provide explicit consent to the scanning and processing of your facial image and related biometric data, as described in our Privacy Policy. You may withdraw from using this feature at any time without affecting your access to other parts of the BeautyMart website.
• 2. Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years of age, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian, to use the Skin Scan feature.
• 3. Nature of Results:Skin Scan results are generated using artificial intelligence and computer vision technology. While we aim to provide useful and relevant guidance, results are provided "as is" and may occasionally be inaccurate, incomplete, or fail to reflect your actual skin condition. Skin Scan results:

  • Are intended for general informational and skincare guidance purposes only.

  • Do not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

  • Should not be relied upon as a substitute for consultation with a qualified dermatologist or healthcare provider.
• 4. No Medical Liability: BeautyMart, its officers, employees, and affiliates shall not be held liable for any decisions made, products purchased, or actions taken based on Skin Scan results. If you have a persistent, severe, or concerning skin condition, you should seek advice from a licensed medical professional.
• 5. Photo and Data Handling: Photos submitted for Skin Scan are processed solely for the purpose of generating your analysis and are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Unless you choose to save your results to your BeautyMart account, your photo is not permanently retained.
• 6. Accuracy and Limitations of AI Technology: You acknowledge that AI-based analysis technology has inherent limitations, including sensitivity to lighting conditions, image quality, camera angle, and other environmental factors. BeautyMart makes no guarantee regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of Skin Scan results.
• 7. Modifications to the Feature: BeautyMart reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Skin Scan feature, in whole or in part, at any time without prior notice.

• All content and materials on our website, including but not limited to text, images, logos, and graphics, are protected by intellectual property rights and are the property of beautymart.lk or its licensors.
• You may not use, reproduce, distribute, or modify any content from our website without our prior written consent.
